Dr. Koszalinski completed his entry-level physical therapy degree at Grand Valley State University in 1996, a transitional Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from the University of St. Augustine in 2002, and a PhD from Nova Southeastern University in 2018. In addition, he has completed a fellowship in manual therapy as well as advanced training in spinal manipulation and dry needling.
Over his 30-year career, he has worked in a variety of clinical settings as both a clinician and practice owner, treating patient populations of all ages, including those in orthopedics, sports medicine, and the military. His clinical focus is on restoring normal movement patterns and optimizing health and wellness through exercise and therapeutic lifestyle interventions to manage pain and improve quality of life.
Beyond his clinical experience, Dr. Koszalinski has maintained a full time faculty role for over 15 years in physical therapy programs at Walsh University, South College, and currently at the University of Kansas Medical Center where he is Clinical Associate Professor. He is an Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist and a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists.
Physical therapy is not his only passion. Dr. Koszalinski maintains an active lifestyle and participates in many sports, primarily hockey, baseball, and skiing. He also enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and son.
