Gentle movements of the spine and extremities to enhance the flow of cerebral spinal fluid and reduce pain and dysfunction.
Massage Therapy
Medical massage using soft and deep tissue stroking and applied pressures to reduce physiological stress, pain, and tension.
Occupational Therapy
Specialized therapy for the upper extremity and cognitive function such as executive tasks and instrumental activities of daily livings after injury, surgery, or a brain injury.
Neural Mobilization
Nerves are released from impingement with passive and active flossing or tensioning techniques. Adhesions are released to allow normal movement & reduced pain.
Muscle Energy Technique
The realignment of joints to reduce pain and dysfunction by activating certain muscles to direct joint movement until the joint assumes it’s normal positon.
Body Tempering
Soft tissue treatment that involves rolling weighted cylinders across your muscles to release knots and improve flexibility.
