Paul Jacobs, PT, DPT

Paul Jacobs, PT, DPT, Co-Owner of Back to You Wellness, located in Port Saint Lucie, Florida.

Dr. Jacobs graduated from Pennsylvania State University in University Park, Pennsylvania with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology in 2007. He later earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Scranton in Scranton, Pennsylvania in 2011.

As a therapist and Director of Rehabilitation, Dr. Jacobs has been able to utilize his clinical and management skill sets encompassing differential diagnoses, diagnostic imagining interpretation, plan of care establishment, and fall diagnostic/prevention to provide the highest level of care in the Skilled nursing and home health settings. Dr. Jacobs’ goal is to always optimize his patient’s quality of life- that being eliminate pain, return independence, and improve overall health. Over the past 11 years Dr. Jacobs has acquired a passion in assisting the geriatric population and truly appreciates hearing their life stories and wisdom.

As a loving husband and father of 2, he loves and values spending time with his family. He says his family is and always will be his greatest accomplishment. Lastly Dr. Jacobs goal in life is to always be genuinely authentic.
